We've broken ground on The Glendale in Phoenix, AZ! Our team was thrilled to celebrate the start of construction with a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday. We were joined by Phoenix Councilwoman Betty Guardado and representatives from the City of Phoenix Housing Department, the Arizona Department of Housing, and the Phoenix IDA, all of whom played a role in bringing this affordable housing project to life.  The Glendale is a new three-story multifamily housing complex for low-income seniors located at 27th Avenue & Glendale Avenue in North Central Phoenix. The community will consist of 45 residential units, 11 set aside specifically for veterans, along with various resident amenities.  A special thank you to The Richman Group for this opportunity! Progress update from FlatIron Crossing in Broomfield, CO! 🏗️ We are proud to partner with Macerich on an exciting mixed-use development at FlatIron Crossing—just steps from one of the largest indoor malls in the Denver Metro area! This project features new retail construction, exterior plazas, renovated commercial spaces, office buildings, and parking structures. Currently, our team is hard at work laying the groundwork—literally—for what’s to come. We’re preparing foundations for four new ground-up retail spaces by treating the existing clay-heavy soil. The process includes mixing in new soil, applying a stabilization spray, and blending it all together to create a solid, reliable base for construction. This mitigates the effects of expansive clay and facilitates long-term structural stability. We're also installing new sanitary lines and structural support systems to reinforce both the new and existing facilities. Directly beneath FlatIron Mall, our crews are digging through tight 3’ x 3.5’ tunnels to inspect and prep existing support beams—ensuring the structure above remains secure for years to come.
