Meet Milton Rivera, one of our Engagement Specialists here at Wayspring. 👋 Read as he explains his motivation for helping members at the beginning of their recovery journey: "What motivates me is that I can relate to what our members are going through. I usually start by sharing that I'm in recovery myself—it's a huge icebreaker. It immediately lets them know there's no judgment here and helps them feel comfortable. Once that trust is there, they start to open up, and I always thank them for sharing their story." Milton also discusses what he finds most rewarding about speaking to his members: "Sometimes, members will call me directly. What really makes me happy is when they reach out just to share something good that's happened in their lives. Knowing that they trust me enough to celebrate their progress with me—it's incredibly rewarding." We are incredibly fortunate to have Milton on our team. He is dedicated and passionate about assisting those in immediate need and guiding them through their journey in a safe and trusting environment.
