Our Goals
Our goal is to be the DE&I leader in the commercial real estate industry, illustrating the power that diverse and inclusive teams must both drive performance and innovate. Some more specific goals include doubling female and minority representation in management positions and top company earners by 2025 and adding DEI objectives into our 2021 proxy statement to show what we’re focusing on between now and 2025.
