Did you know we started our own Toastmasters club in Chennai last year? It's our passion project to help Visteon talent find their voice, command the room, and develop those leadership muscles that set true professionals apart! That’s why we threw open our doors to host the recent Toastmasters International Speech Contest and Table Topics Contest. Thirty participants from various companies stepped into the spotlight to showcase their public and impromptu speaking skills. Three of our Visteon superstars also jumped into the arena to show their progress. 😎 A huge shoutout to all contestants who dared to stand up and speak out – you left us (ironically, we know) speechless! And kudos to Toastmasters for celebrating confidence, leadership, and effective communication.

Our Operations leadership team got to do just that during their visit to our plant in Thailand—a vital hub in our Asia-Pacific network as we celebrate Visteon's 25th year. The team came away impressed not just by the humming production lines, but by the genuine conversations about where we're heading next. They spent time discussing how we can build on our momentum in the region, expand our capabilities, and most importantly, develop the talented people that make it all possible. Several exciting production launches on the horizon show we're not slowing down. Happy to applaud our Chihuahua team for showing their outstanding spirit and performance at the 10th Index 2025 Race this past Sunday! There's something electric about the atmosphere when you're surrounded by fellow runners, pushing each other to dig deeper and find that extra gear rather than heading home early. Special congratulations to our very own Ana who claimed 1st place in the women's 10k category for the THIRD consecutive year! 🥇 Among 3,740 participants from manufacturing companies across the region, Ana's domination was a fantastic way to represent Visteon excellence. Our star HR team was there every step of the way, supporting all Visteon runners with pre-race and post-race stretching sessions. After crossing the finish line, participants enjoyed refreshments and received some swag too. 😎 A big thank you to Index for hosting such a wonderful event and to all our colleagues who participated. Lean Lite, a key component of Visteon's Lean Academy program, brings students directly into our manufacturing environment to experience real-world lean concepts through hands-on exercises on our shop floors. In just six months since launch, our global impact includes: ✔️ 15 Lean Lite sessions across 6 global facilities ✔️ 355 students engaged from 13 academic institutions ✔️ 18 high-performing students selected for graduation and summer internships Our program spans across continents to create meaningful connections between academic learning and industrial application.
