We believe that this year is going to be pivotal for many companies in their AI adoption journey. Here's why... In 2023 and 2024, many companies (including enterprises) jumped on the AI wagon. They allocated significant budgets, hired dedicated executives and kicked off multiple AI projects. But we're nearing the end of Q1 2025 and while the allocated budget has been tapped into, most AI projects still haven't reached production, and the ones that have are often underwhelming. This is creating a lot of pressure from senior management, who are getting more and more impatient. Understandably. Plus, companies can often exaggerate their AI successes in their public announcement setting unrealistic standards to their competitors, further increasing the pressure. For companies in this situation, we'd suggest to change strategy: 🔹Sometimes, this means bringing in external help - even though it could be risky because the industry has very few real production enterprise AI experts. 🔸At other times, this may mean abandoning the in-house projects in favour of buying something similar from a software product vendor. Whatever they do, they need to remember to try something else before it's too late because "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". What are you thoughts?

Gen AI is flawed - but is this something to fix? And is it really possible to remove all human checks and balances? Hallucinations remain to be one of the largest causes of inaccuracies for LLMs. For businesses, the risks associated are significant meaning mitigation should be a priority for all. Our article discusses strategies that work towards minimising the extent and impact of hallucinations, including RAG and prompt engineering techniques, however ultimately, humans are still needed to protect organisations utilising LLMs. Read it here: https://lnkd.in/eDMQYwYy #GenAI #AIChallenges #LLM #HallucinationsInAI #AIResearch

Value from Gen AI is still growing for organizations, with the majority of the focus being on creating new AI products and services. (Source: Accenture) But enterprise LLM adoption still requires significant preparation before any development starts, and once in production, ongoing visibility to continue enhancing the service. We talk about this on our blog article, and with Verax Control Center, organizations can remain confident in the quality of their LLM. Read the article here: https://lnkd.in/e5cgzPAK
