Excited to announce our new student housing development in College Station across from Texas A&M University! This seven-story project will consist of 316 units and 953 beds and is scheduled to deliver in Fall of 2027. This project will be the first of three student housing developments that LV and Culpepper Realty Company will partner on within a larger master-planned development, Legacy Point. Once the master plan is complete, Legacy Point will consist of 2,800 student housing beds and 50,000 SF of retail, restaurant, and outdoor amenity space.
