We take strategy seriously—on and off the court. 🏀 March Madness is part of our joyous moments at LINK, and this year, two champs rose to the top: 🎉 Lucian claimed the win for the NCAA Men’s bracket—proving that a sharp eye on sports news and a few lucky bounces can go a long way. 🎉 Tarin took the top spot for the NCAA Women’s bracket. Her strategy? “Geno told me they would win, so I picked them.” Beyond the bracket, her love for the game runs deep—she’s the founder of Tiny Hoops®, a basketball skills program building confidence and community for kids ages 3–5. Our LINKmates live with purpose and passion, bringing their values to everything they do—both at work and in life. To everyone who played along—until next year… 🏆 #WeAreLINK #MarchMadness #TeamCulture

At LINK, we’re experienced in both in-person and virtual collaboration—because great work happens wherever our clients need us. For this project, our team worked in a hybrid environment to support leadership alignment, explore key enterprise focus areas, and identify actionable opportunities for impact. Whether behind a screen or in the room, we’re built to meet clients where they are and drive results. #HybridCollaboration #StrategicAlignment #TeamworkInAction Adam Afifi | Lucian DuChaine | Wade Forbes | Sebastian Steadman | Molly Dashney | Carmen De Jong | Hannah Coward | Sarah Smith | Jeff Oddo | Alyssa Alcantor | Danielle Phillips

What’s your favorite energizer to kick off a workshop and get people thinking creatively? Recently, we started with a simple exercise: one person shares something about themselves, and anyone who relates steps into the circle to grab a piece of candy. The result? A quick shift from individual thinking to group connection, breaking down barriers and sparking unexpected conversations. When teams feel comfortable sharing, they collaborate better, challenge ideas more openly, and solve problems more creatively. Sometimes, all it takes is a little movement (and maybe a little candy) to set the right tone. #WeAreLINK #CreativeProblemSolving #WorkshopDesign #Facilitation #TeamBuilding

Three Years of LINK 🖋 Three years ago, what began as Ink to Think has since evolved into LINK, a company built on the belief that #creativity and #strategy go hand in hand to solve complex problems. We are all here today because we are compelled to create something different—something that brings together people who think visually, challenge assumptions, and deliver impact. Looking back at our journey over the years, it’s incredible to see how much we’ve grown—not just in size, but in the way we collaborate and create together. Happy 3rd LINKaversary to this team and to everyone who has been part of this journey! Rachel Link | Lawson Parker Sivertson | Adrienne Betenbaugh | Kimberly N. Shoutout to our Information Design team for leading this challenge—because sketching without looking, keeping your hand on the page, and talking the whole time? Easier said than done. For Drunk Picasso, we had to draw our partners without looking, keep our hands on the page, and carry on a conversation. Some nailed it, while others (👀 Hannah R. Klein) needed a barrier to keep from peeking! The results? Abstract art, accidental masterpieces, and a lot of laughs. Proof that creativity and problem-solving take both focus and spontaneity. Think you could do it? Let us know! 🎨✍️ #WeAreLINK #CreativityInAction #ActiveListening #Leadership #VisualThinking #TeamBuilding Lawson Parker Sivertson | Lin Wilson | Maureen Stewart

Have you tried the DiSC workstyles assessment with your team before? MeetingMakers

When teams use the DiSC workstyles assessment, they get each other like never before. We were thrilled to support the LINK team this week using a QuickDiSC card game - used to help teams quickly identify their DiSC style without the formal assessment. Here’s how it works: ✅ Everyone gets 6 cards ✅ Trade! Talk to people around the room and trade cards until you have 6 that you think best represent your personality. ✅ If there are any cards in your hand that you’re not completely happy with you can put them on the floor. ✅ See what everyone has put down and then select cards that are better for you. ✅ If you’re still not 100% happy, go ahead and trade in(there are duplicates of each word). At the end of the game, participants will (usually) have all of one or two colors that represent their DiSC style. ✨ Red – Influential, persuasive, confident, sociable, generous, gregarious, trusting, enthusiastic ✨ Blue – Steady, good listener, patient, relaxed, amiable, loyal, sincere, team player, stable ✨ Yellow – Conscientious, courteous, analytical, systematic, high standards, fact-finger, diplomatic ✨ Green – Direct, daring, risk taker, adventurous, competitive, forceful, decisive, self-assured It’s important to work with a DiSC credentialed facilitator to do this activity and follow it with a formal debrief to ensure that participants have a solid understanding of their results and how to use them to work better with others. #DiSC #teambuilding #workstyles #leadershipdevelopment
