Her strategy? “Geno told me they would win, so I picked them.” Beyond the bracket, her love for the game runs deep—she’s the founder of Tiny Hoops®, a basketball skills program building confidence and community for kids ages 3–5. Our LINKmates live with purpose and passion, bringing their values to everything they do—both at work and in life. Shoutout to our Information Design team for leading this challenge—because sketching without looking, keeping your hand on the page, and talking the whole time? Easier said than done. For Drunk Picasso, we had to draw our partners without looking, keep our hands on the page, and carry on a conversation. Some nailed it, while others (👀 Hannah R.
