When teams use the DiSC workstyles assessment, they get each other like never before. We were thrilled to support the LINK team this week using a QuickDiSC card game - used to help teams quickly identify their DiSC style without the formal assessment. Here’s how it works: ✅ Everyone gets 6 cards ✅ Trade! Talk to people around the room and trade cards until you have 6 that you think best represent your personality. ✅ If there are any cards in your hand that you’re not completely happy with you can put them on the floor. ✅ See what everyone has put down and then select cards that are better for you. ✅ If you’re still not 100% happy, go ahead and trade in(there are duplicates of each word). At the end of the game, participants will (usually) have all of one or two colors that represent their DiSC style. ✨ Red – Influential, persuasive, confident, sociable, generous, gregarious, trusting, enthusiastic ✨ Blue – Steady, good listener, patient, relaxed, amiable, loyal, sincere, team player, stable ✨ Yellow – Conscientious, courteous, analytical, systematic, high standards, fact-finger, diplomatic ✨ Green – Direct, daring, risk taker, adventurous, competitive, forceful, decisive, self-assured It’s important to work with a DiSC credentialed facilitator to do this activity and follow it with a formal debrief to ensure that participants have a solid understanding of their results and how to use them to work better with others. #DiSC #teambuilding #workstyles #leadershipdevelopment
