At our recent Drive-Thru Colon Cancer Screening Event at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale Cancer Institute, our team saw over 60 cars come through, helping individuals take an easy and proactive step toward colorectal cancer prevention. Participants picked up their free kits, allowing them to complete a simple at-home screening and return their kits to the Cancer Institute. As our President and CEO Terry Shaw prepares for his retirement, we are grateful to share exciting news about the future of AdventHealth. Our Board of Directors has appointed David Banks as our next President and CEO, starting today. Throughout his 30+ years at AdventHealth – including most recently as Group CEO of our Primary Health and Multi-State Divisions and as Chief Strategy Officer – David has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to our mission and brand promise to help those we serve feel whole.
