  • Cross-cultural communication is more important than ever in our fast-paced, digitally connected world. In our latest Women’s Podcast Club, we tuned into an insightful episode of WorkLife with Adam Grant, where Erin Meyer decodes the complexities of cross-cultural communication. While we’re based in North Texas, many of the women on our team have lived and worked abroad, so it was fascinating to hear their personal experiences—especially around the nuances of written and verbal communication and feedback practices across cultures. This episode is a must-listen for anyone navigating the global workplace, we highly recommend it! 🎧 Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gRBNr-jP

  • Our team recently had the privilege of supporting our friends at Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry, where we helped sort donations and restock shelves. With 1 in 8 North Texans facing food insecurity, ensuring families have access to nutritious food is more important than ever. Spending time together in service was a powerful reminder that teamwork isn’t just about business—it’s about building stronger, more connected communities. A huge shoutout to the incredible Aunt Bette’s team for the work you do every day to uplift North Texas families. We’re honored to play a small part in your mission!

      +1
  • With the average age of vehicles on U.S. roads hitting 12 years, the demand for servicing is skyrocketing. But as customer expectations shift, more vehicle owners are turning to independent service shops, creating new challenges for dealerships. We partnered a leading automotive manufacturer to design a seamless, personalized dealership service experience—one that integrates technology and convenience to meet modern consumer demands. The result? Increased revenue and stronger customer loyalty. • Empowered women drive empowered businesses.    Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month alongside other industry leaders at Southwest Airlines' highly anticipated annual Women’s Empowerment event.   Kelly Purdom was invited to take the stage for a thoughtful panel discussion with Aileen Furlong Caffrey, Nydia Hoskins, Cecilia Vargas, and Michele Bleser. During the panel, Kelly shared personal stories of her own growth to encourage the next generation of professionals, as well as keen observations of other impactful female leaders she’s worked alongside in technology and consulting industries.    Two Roads is proud to collaborate with like-minded leaders who uplift and support women in the workplace and beyond.
