We're excited to announce our $18 million Series A led by Bain Capital Ventures. At Pallet, we’re building software that shapes how we move products around the world. Since launching 18 months ago, we’ve built an end-to-end operating software that consolidates all workflows across transportation, warehousing, billing, and accounting. We also introduced AI workflows on the platform that have eliminated away time spent on administrative tasks like order entry by over 70%. But we’re just getting started. We believe that cutting-edge technology and AI will play a pivotal role in transforming the world of logistics. If you’re interested in joining, we’re hiring across sales, product, engineering, and implementation. https://lnkd.in/eT28sqRA

To all my friends attending TPM 25 next week in Long Beach, make sure you check out my colleagues at Pallet. To get a sense in how Pallet is leveraging AI to automate the supply chain check out this post by Sushanth Raman talking through their new release. I wish this was available back in the day when I was in ops! https://lnkd.in/gxHS2idf Make sure to connect with Sushanth Raman and Andrew Geisse at #TPM2025.
Heading to JOC #TPM2025 next week—let’s talk about how AI can automate routine workflows like appointment scheduling, track & trace, document digitization, and customs compliance. If you’re thinking about deploying AI in your ops, DM me to set up a time!

Thanks FreightWaves and Grace Sharkey 🚛🤖💙 for having us on!
Had a great conversation with Grace Sharkey 🚛🤖💙 at FreightWaves about AI in logistics—plus a chance to demo CoPallet to hundreds of attendees. You can watch the 2-min demo here. Key takeaways: 🔁 AI needs to automate entire workflows, not just tasks. Parsing an email, making a call, updating the TMS—it all has to happen end to end to see real ROI. 👱 Human-in-the-loop is critical. For high-value tasks (like setting the right reefer temp), AI needs guardrails to handle exceptions reliably. 👟 AI will make logistics more agile. When operators aren’t buried in execution, they can focus on higher-level decisions, relationships, and optimization. CoPallet automates routine work like track & trace, quoting, and document extraction. Let’s talk if you’re ready to streamline your operation.

New proposed fees on 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲-𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 could be a blessing in disguise for cross-border motor carriers. Companies with Chinese-built fleets may face an 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 $𝟭.𝟱𝗠 fee per port call—a massive shift in cost structure. If this goes into effect, here’s what happens in the short term: 𝗨𝗦 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽, while Vancouver, Ensenada, Mazatlán pick up the slack. 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀 as shippers reroute cargo through Canada and Mexico. 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 & 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀—Mazatlán to Long Beach is 1,200 miles (two extra days of driving), plus cartel activity in northern Mexico adds risk. The shippers, 3PLs, and forwarders that move fast and digitize will adapt best. If you’re thinking about how to make your ops more resilient, let’s talk.

For us, getting AI workers to human-level accuracy isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s table stakes. A wrong trailer temperature or a mispriced load can cost thousands. That’s why we built CoPallet with strict guardrails for handling exceptions: 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 (𝗲𝗴 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀): CoPallet auto-resolves by requesting the right data. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗲𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝗻𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴): A human in the loop is pinged to review and approve before the workflow continues. The result? Automation and accuracy—delivering a lower error rate than manual work.
