Triangle’s foreman Brian Lewis and his team welcomed carpentry students from the West Michigan Construction Institute to the City Services project site with the City of Grand Rapids for a truly hands-on learning experience. This was more than just a site visit, it was a chance for students to solve problems in real-time, ask meaningful questions and build their skills through immersive activities. And just as importantly, it gave our Triangle team the opportunity to connect with future talent, share career paths and answer questions about what it’s like to build a future with us. Our Project Admins had a great time at MiCareerQuest last week! Nearly 9,000 students attended and explored career opportunities in construction, healthcare, manufacturing, IT and agribusiness.
