We had an incredible morning hosting our annual conference, The Road Ahead, at the University of Denver! Major thanks to our keynote speaker, Michael Andersen with Sightline Institute, for sharing powerful insights on parking mandates, affordable housing, and transportation solutions across the country, and how Denver can continue to improve access and equity with housing and transit. We were also inspired by Chessy Brady, with RTD, who gave a dynamic presentation on the future of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in Denver. Our panel discussion, led by our very own Executive Director, Stuart Anderson, brought together a brilliant group of experts, including Michael Andersen, Kathryn Grosscup with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, John Hersey with the Sustainable Urban Planning Advisors, and Eugene Howard with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs. Thank you for your thoughtful perspectives! Congratulations to our Transportation Champion award winners, Amy Cara with East West Partners and Campus Cycles! We’re so grateful to the University of Denver for hosting us, and to all attendees who joined us to learn, connect, and spark change in the future of housing and transportation. And of course, a huge shoutout to our amazing sponsors for making it all possible!
