Such a privilege to have been part of this group last week. Hands down the greatest experience. All thanks goes to Richard Doney for leading this iniative & TransEdge Truck Centers for the willingness to want to make it happen.
In 2023-2024, I had the privilege of attending the ATD Academy in Tysons, Virginia. It is the premier truck dealer academy in North America! For 6 weeks we trained in every aspect of dealership life which ended with a week of leadership training that transformed the way I thought about what I do. I also knew I wanted my teammates to experience the same training to help build us all to be better leaders. Well, what a week we had with the best leadership trainer in the transportation industry, Mr. Jim Dance! We learned the 16 Laws of Leadership and many of us left feeling energized to accelerate TransEdge Truck Centers even farther ahead of the competition! Excited to be on this journey with everyone of these leaders and eager to get back to work and help positively influence the lives of every colleague! Here’s to getting after 2025 and taking this ship to the moon!
