Extreme sense of urgency: 👉 We have a 96-hour rule: We have to deliver 1-2 candidates on tier 1 roles within 96 hours; this recruiter does it in 24 hours! (Extreme sense of urgency) 👉 They ask the hard questions to clients to create urgency: "After this call, If I have someone that meets your requirements, how soon can you interview?" (Then prioritizes roles depending on their answers.) 2. Always prospecting and on offense: 👉 Hotpitching and connections while sourcing: Every time they recruit for a role, they send out a "hotpitch" and connection to hiring managers in their space. - This helps them grow their connections within their space. - This helps them send 15-20 messages to prospects for new business everyday. 3. Great Candidate & Client Experience: 👉 They focus on the people's wants & whys. (Be a good listener) 👉 Transparency with everyone (if we can help, they let them; if not, they let them know as well. No sugar coating, be honest, and don't waste each other's time). 👉 Streamlined interview process (They let them know what to expect after an initial call). Lastly, they work really hard. A dream honeymoon come true 🦁 Over the past few weeks, I had the rare chance to completely switch off as we finally took our long-awaited trip to Africa — and it was everything we hoped for and more. We started in the Sabi Sand Reserve in South Africa and then made our way to Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve in Zimbabwe. I even went fishing for the first time — with hippos watching from the water! (No pressure, right?) If you ever get the chance to visit Africa and experience these incredible animals in their natural habitat — go!!! Of course, my trusty Tiello backpack made the journey too (goes everywhere with me at this point). And yes, I will be wearing my new safari hat for the foreseeable. Big shoutout to the team for keeping everything running smoothly while I’ve been out — grateful for you all.

Dates matter. They help employers understand your work history, stability, and progression.
