Remember you're selling to a client. Those proffessionals smell desperation and you could be opening yourself up to get taken advantage of. There're safe places to take your fears and anxieties to, but not on the sweat floor. You have to maintain your alpha. You know what you want, and can achieve a deal that would be best for everybody involved. It's a fallacy that in order for somebody to win somebody else has to lose.
