This Earth Day, we’re proud to celebrate a meaningful step forward in our sustainability journey. In partnership with BioGreen360, The Ritz-Carlton has embraced a circular solution to food waste. Since launching the program in early March, we’ve diverted nearly 5 tons of food waste from landfills—transforming leftovers from our events and dining experiences into nutrient-rich compost. This compost is now helping to nourish local farms and grow fresh produce, reinforcing our commitment to both environmental stewardship and community wellbeing.
