    “I’m getting paid a ton of money for my job, but I can’t spend it shifting through 700 candidates.” That came up on a call today with a founding partner who’s hiring for a sales role, and completely stuck. Not because he couldn’t find people. Because he was overwhelmed by the wrong ones. 700 applications. Most didn’t read the job post. Some looked good on paper, but fell flat in reality. A few said all the right things in interviews, but didn’t back it up with results. He’s not sitting on extra time. He’s managing deals, teams, revenue. Hiring shouldn’t be another full-time job.
