In the world of executive search and recruitment, not all recruiters are created equal. There's elite — and then there's Pinnacle. To be invited into the Pinnacle Society, a recruiter must consistently deliver top-tier performance year after year. That level of excellence doesn’t happen by accident. Here’s how a Pinnacle Society Recruiter stacks up against the average: ➡️Fill ratio: 60% fill rate on assigned searches ➡️Network: Decades-deep, trusted pipelines vs. job board-driven sourcing ➡️Client Relationships: Strategic not Transactional ➡️Candidate Quality: Top 10% talent vs. general market pool ➡️Reputation: Thought leaders, mentors, authors vs. emerging or mid-level players The Pinnacle tier isn’t just about numbers — it’s about mastery. Our recruiters move faster, build stronger partnerships, and consistently deliver top-tier results. Whether you're a hiring leader looking for real impact or a recruiter striving to elevate your game — the bar has never been clearer. 🙌 Find Your People: It isn't about what we know, but who we know—and learn from. 🙌 Last week at The Pinnacle Society's Spring Conference in Las Vegas, I experienced that kind of magic that happens when you're surrounded by the best in your industry. The undeniable energy when you connect with people who truly understand and appreciate the triumphs and challenges of your chosen profession at the highest level. One key takeaway I'm carrying with me: Carol Wenom's brilliant sharing of the Sharon Hulce wisdom: "Be the Buffalo." Unlike other animals that flee from storms (prolonging their misery), buffaloes charge directly into them, getting through it faster. (And Sharon - not only do I want to be you when I grow up, but I want access to your fabulous closet! Your style is as powerful as your wisdom.) While the speakers and sessions were invaluable, the true transformations happened in the unscripted moments (and hysterical laughter) in between. A heartfelt shoutout to all my recruiting soul sisters and brothers (you know who you are!) who fill my cup daily, personally and professionally. There's something extraordinary about being with people who challenge you to grow and champion your success. If you surround yourself with the best in your business – you will learn and improve no matter where you are in your career trajectory. And no matter what your profession is, we should all take Sharon's wisdom to heart: Find your herd, face the storm, and be the buffalo. 🐂 ✨ #executivesearch #pinnaclesociety #professionaldevelopment #bethebuffalo

As professionals, we often glorify the hustle—but sustainable success comes from balance. Imagine workplaces where these luxuries aren’t just personal goals but cultural norms. Where leadership models rest and reflection, not just productivity. ✨ A calm and “boring” day might just be a sign of a well-organized life. ✨ A good night’s sleep could be your best strategic advantage. ✨ A meaningful conversation with a colleague can outperform another rushed meeting. Let’s build work cultures that respect time off, honor mental health, and celebrate slow mornings—not just fast results. What’s one “real luxury” you’ve started to prioritize more in your life? #WorkLifeBalance #Leadership #MentalHealth #SustainableSuccess #CareerGrowth #MeaningfulWork #LifeAtWork

Before you post that job opening… let’s talk. An intake call with the hiring manager is essential to launching a focused, effective search. It aligns us on must-haves, nice-to-haves, team fit, and the real story behind the role—so we can avoid mismatches and get to the right candidates faster. Roles filled with an intake meeting are filled up to 40% faster. That’s a few extra minutes up front that can save you weeks on the back end. Let me help you… help me… help you. #recruitment #intakecalls #hiringstrategy #talentacquisition #timetoFill #recruiterlife #hiringtips

The Pinnacle Society had the absolute pleasure of hearing •Cam F Awesome as our keynote speaker at our recent conference in Las Vegas — and he did not disappoint. As the winningest boxer in USA boxing history, we were not surprised by how spectacular he was! Cam brought an unforgettable energy to the room. His message on resilience, reinvention, and authenticity hit home for every one of us. He made us laugh, think deeply, and walk away feeling more motivated to lead with intention in our work and lives. We’re so grateful for the impact he made and the powerful reminder that mindset is everything. Thank you, Cam, for leaving your mark on the Pinnacle Society! #PinnacleSociety #CamAwesome #KeynoteSpeaker #RecruiterInspiration #GrowthMindset #Gratitude #LevelUp Sharon Hulce Isabel "Lina" Savage, C.P.C. When Candidates Stretch the Truth… I recently came across this hat that says: “Sounds like BS to me.” It got a few laughs, but it also made me think about something we encounter far too often in recruiting. Candidates misrepresenting their experience. Whether it’s inflating responsibilities, exaggerating technical skills, or fabricating titles, it always catches up with them. Recruiters aren’t just resume readers—we’re trained to dig deeper, ask the right questions, and validate details. And when we uncover the truth, the consequences aren’t just about losing one opportunity. It can tarnish your professional reputation across an entire industry. Here’s the truth: Honesty doesn’t make you less qualified—it builds trust, shows integrity, and helps us find the right role for you, not just any role. Let’s keep it real. Because if it sounds like BS… it probably is. #RecruitingTruths #CareerAdvice #HonestyMatters #HiringRight #RecruiterLife #ProfessionalIntegrity

Leveraging Each Generation’s Strengths for a Stronger Workplace A multigenerational workforce is a powerful asset when organizations focus on harnessing the unique strengths of each generation. Rather than viewing generational differences as obstacles, companies can create a thriving work environment by tapping into the diverse skills, perspectives, and experiences each group brings to the table. ➡️Combining Experience with Innovation Baby Boomers & Gen X: Often bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and strategic thinking. Millennials & Gen Z: Excel in digital fluency, adaptability, and fresh, innovative approaches to problem-solving. By encouraging collaboration between these groups, companies can blend wisdom with new ideas, creating well-rounded solutions. ➡️Strengthening Communication & Collaboration Each generation has its preferred communication style—some favor structured meetings and phone calls, while others thrive on instant messaging and video chats. Organizations that provide flexible communication tools and encourage cross-generational mentorship can create seamless collaboration. ➡️Enhancing Agility & Adaptability Younger employees are often quick to adopt new technologies, while seasoned professionals provide valuable context and risk assessment. By integrating these strengths, businesses can embrace change effectively while maintaining stability and foresight. ➡️Driving Employee Engagement & Retention When employees feel that their unique skills and perspectives are valued, they are more engaged and committed. Creating an environment that acknowledges and utilizes each generation’s strengths fosters job satisfaction and reduces turnover. ➡️Creating a Culture of Mutual Learning Reverse mentoring programs allow younger employees to share insights on emerging trends and technology. Traditional mentorship helps newer employees gain industry knowledge and leadership skills. #TeamWorkMakesTheDreamWork

Twice a year, some of the best minds in recruiting come together—but it feels less like a conference and more like a family reunion. Being part of the Pinnacle Society means surrounding yourself with top-tier recruiters who aren’t just here to compete, but to share, challenge, and uplift one another. We come from different industries, different markets, and different approaches, but we all have one thing in common: a drive to learn, evolve, and elevate the recruiting profession. These gatherings aren’t just about new strategies and industry insights (though we get plenty of those!). They’re about real connections, candid conversations, and lifelong friendships—the kind that push you to be better, not just in business, but in life. Grateful for this incredible group of elite recruiters! #PinnacleProud #PinnacleSociety #Recruiting #BetterTogether #LifelongLearning
