Most project management tools were built for the organized mind. CORXLY wasn’t. We’re not here to optimize your calendar. We’re here to reduce your cognitive load. After reflecting on our product direction—and frankly, living through our own burnout—we realized CORXLY isn’t just a productivity tool for neurodivergent people. It’s a nervous system. A gentle co-pilot. An adaptive brain built for those whose brilliance often gets buried under task overwhelm. The backbone of CORXLY is our Productivity Profiling Engine. It listens before it acts. It learns how you work, what you avoid, when your energy dips, and how your emotions impact execution. Then it adapts. Not with cutesy nudges. With actual behavioral intelligence: • It distinguishes between a task and a project in your voice note. • It gently reschedules things when you hit “potato mode.” • It offers you time blocks only when your brain is ready for them. • It reflects your emotional telemetry—without surveillance. We built CORXLY on the belief that: • You’re not broken. Your tools are. • Productivity isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters in a way that feels sustainable. • Soft systems for hard days aren’t just nice—they’re necessary. This pivot wasn’t just strategic—it was personal. We paused. We listened. We rebuilt. And now? We’re reintroducing CORXLY not just as software, but as a deeply human system for staying afloat in a world that often feels like too much. If you’ve ever said, “I know what to do, I just can’t get myself to do it,”— CORXLY was built for you. Sign up at corxly.com to get updates, sneak peeks, and early access.

I'm sorry, LinkedIn.... what?! So, cover images that represent Black + LGBTQ Solidarity are no longer "impactful," but these shitty stock images of things that are relevant to literally no one would be? Yeah, I think I'm gonna go ahead & keep The #Impactivists’ cover image as is. ✌️❤️ #MakeItMakeSense #DoBetter #NotAGoodLook #Impactful

i didn’t wait for a library—i built one. access to books should never be a privilege, but for many students, it is. when i saw the need for more literacy resources in my community, i didn’t wait for the perfect opportunity i created my own. 📚 khadyajah’s community library was built from the ground up to serve 1000+ students and families in downtown houston. with the support of a grant, i was able to: ✅ secured 600+ books in english and spanish ✅ built a fully functioning library in less than 72 hours ✅ launched a library management system to ensure long-term access and sustainability ✅ set a goal of 1,000+ books—and reached it! ✅ expanded the mission to ghana this isn’t just about books. it’s about literacy, empowerment, and breaking barriers to education. a single book can open doors to imagination, knowledge, and opportunity. my hope is that this library sparks curiosity, inspires young minds, and provides resources that will change lives. if you see a gap in your community, don’t wait for someone else to fill it. build it yourself. 🔗 donate a book: https://lnkd.in/dm44Bddw #literacyforall #educationequity #communityimpact #createyourownopportunity #houston #leadership #booklover

ceo + co-founder of girls on the go 💞💗 helping girls make friends wont stfu about women’s rights👩🏻💻🩷

the best marketing strategy? ACTUALLY caring about people. idk about you but as a customer, a good product just ISN’T good enough anymore. I need to know what you stand for. I need to know what your values are. I need to know if you’ll actually show up for marginalized communities (& not just when it’s convenient) so, last week, at Girls On The Go, we made it VERY clear to our community what our stance is on about trans-women in women only spaces + how far too often women’s safety is weaponised to push an anti-trans narrative. advocating for ALL women + creating safe irl spaces is at the CORE of what we do, so why wouldnt we make our online space a safe space too??? 💗💓💞 and you can see in th pics how much this meant to our community. (and yes we DID lose quite a few followers, but honestly .. good riddance!!✋) our girls & our community are literally the most important people to us, so why would we prioritize being “brand safe” or “not too political” just to avoid losing a few followers - when staying silent would mean losing our girls’ trust and making them feel unsafe? and before anyone comments, no this is not actually a marketing strategy. we just GENUINELY care about our community and making them feel safe.

Making Allyship Happen - Gender Equity - Keynote Speaker - UN Women Changemaker - Kavli Fellow - The Black Autistic Guy

The world has been built by men For men In my work, I often hear this And there is no doubt at the male normative centricity of design, innovation, and the history surrounding the source of change and evolution. Still to this day in the workplace, men are more likely to have innovation and efficiency as their side of desk, while women are more likely to have people areas such as engagement, wellbeing and inclusion. And as for receiving deserved credit, we know there is a gap there too. When a man says what you said 15 minutes ago and suddenly people listen and validate it, the gap feels all too real. Many innovations were a collective effort. But when credit is given, history can literally feel like “his story”. Given its Women’s History Month, it’s time to reflect. Often, being the default is something you don’t notice. It’s takes intention to notice the things that fit and are comfortable. I can certainly say I spent years unaware of many of the things I challenge today. I could share a lot more thoughts on this. But I’ll leave you with two considerations We shouldn’t forget all the things that were created by women. This list isn’t extensive and there will no doubt be women never credited with what they created or invented. And secondly, we as men should be active in considering this, and ensure credit is given equitably. And where women aren’t considered, we should partner with them to quite literally “design her in”. Systems. Processes. Products. Spaces. Allyship is intention, inclusive action. That requires picking up the tools and to change the structures, bit by bit, day in, day out. Because if men built it We can be a part of fixing it It’s why Male Allies UK exists (we will be naming these women in our next post) Creating a better, healthier world for everyone And who wouldn’t want that?
