In 2023, The Yale Club of New York City came to our team with some key challenges: - Aging cooling plant with no redundancy and resulting in high energy and water usage - Con Edison didn’t have enough power available to electrify their cooling plant - MTA runs under Vanderbilt avenue and a massive skyscraper was planned behind them which would block crane access to their roof Trane ‘s NYC Comprehensive Solutions team had two words: no problem. We embarked on a meticulous planning and development process to delivery a fully turnkey solution as the Prime Contractor that culminated in a successful crane rig this weekend. Results: - 431 foot crane with 360,000 lbs of counterweight lifting from Madison Avenue nearly a city block to the 22nd floor MER - Brand new chiller plant with steam fired absorber, cooling towers, pumping system and controls for peak performance - On track for start up and cooling to be provided before cooling season of 2025 - Structural and electrical upgrades to provide lasting reliability and facility resiliency Plan could not have come together better, but teamwork is what makes this dream work, and Trane’s Turnkey delivery process includes the industry’s best professionals and partners with the best subcontractors in the industry. This is fantastic news!! All of us at APL are so proud of the magnificent Flagship store we opened at 75 Prince Street in SOHO NYC. We greatly appreciate the incredible work that was done by Schimenti in constructing the store, Al Jawad Pike for the design and Tricarico for the architectural work, in concert with the APL team to bring our creative vision to life. The store site itself is a New York landmark and well over 100 years old. The juxtaposition of the APL design ethos into a century old structure is truly a work of art and engineering genius. It has been said that the Athletic Propulsion Labs (APL) Flagship store in SOHO is one of the most beautiful stores in the world (and the same can be said for our beautiful APL Flagship store in Los Angeles at The Grove) and we are so proud of this physical embodiment of the APL luxury performance positioning. Thank you to the VMSD for selecting the APL SOHO Flagship as Retail Renovation of the Year!

Although the opening of the first NYC Axel Arigato store happened in September, it's very important for me to acknowledge those who made it happen, as I rarely see recommendations here, where they should be. The unique concept was crafted by Christian Halleröd. Angel Cuautle Toxqui and David Blumenberg were the JRM Construction Management team responsible for bringing it to life. As consultants, I’ve had the support of Sargenti Architects, through Chrisantha Simolaris and Marisela Poupart. One of the custom features I love the most are the speakers, and, I’d like to thank Jim Anker for it! It looks and sounds spectacular. While walking through the store, you may notice the amazing marble features, fabricated by Marmores Perdal. I sincerely hope you’ll enjoy the store when visiting, and also that you’ll love all the amazing footwear and ready-to-wear available. :)

A huge milestone for Primark.. Our 450th store opened yesterday in Florida Mall! An amazing and impressive location in the heart of Orlando. So proud to see Elizabeth Mueller and her team cut the ribbon on our beautiful new store in Tysons Corner Centre today. Tysons Corner marks a significant milestone for our US business, we now boast over 1 million square feet of retail selling space acrosss 10 states!
