👋 “ Good Bye” Q1, “Let’s Go” Q2! 👋 Can’t think of a better way to kick-off Q2 than having my favorite band, O.A.R., stop by our HAT-SHOP activation at The Duce last night. What a great event and a big shout to Jake Rosenstein and Miranda Kewley for having us out to support another successful event. This venue is “a must” if you are hosting an event in PHX. Looking back on Q1, I have a lot to be grateful for. Milestone Meetings was jam packed with full-service programs and put up some monumental numbers pertaining to room night production. Much thanks to our amazing NSOs and GSOs that continue to support us! Lisa Lewis, Debbi Rowley, Laura Vasquez, and Green Shelton. Q2 is lining up to be even busier than what we saw on the first part of the year. We have programs operating pretty much all over the U.S. along with a couple international incentives. Pre-planning meetings and site inspections have us travelling quite a bit but these are all signs of a healthy future market. As for Small Batch Hats we continue to see great growth with our on-site PATCH-A-HAT and HAT-SHOP activations. Attendees enjoy the unique concept and our end-users love the price point. Lastly, I want to give a huge shout out to my amazing wife, Emily Paladino, and my beautiful daughter for being so supportive of this incredible journey.
