These are the moments and relationships that help children feel safe, supported, and loved. They can also buffer the effects of stress and trauma. PCEs include: ✨ Having a caregiver who believes in them ✨ Feeling safe at home ✨ Having at least one trusted adult outside the home ✨ Feeling a sense of belonging in their school or community ✨ Opportunities to have fun and learn through play These moments help kids grow up strong and healthy, which is why it’s so important for parents and caregivers to know: the positive moments you create today can protect your child’s future. 🎈

The Children's Cabinet's Early Childhood Community Health Worker (EC CHW) program was selected to present at the 2025 AMCHP Annual Conference—one of the largest gatherings of maternal and child health (MCH) professionals in the nation! 👏 Our EC CHW team had the incredible opportunity to share the history, mission, and current impact of The Children’s Cabinet’s EC CHW program with MCH leaders from across the country. The session had a great turnout, and we were thrilled by the number of folks who connected with us afterward to learn more. It’s always an honor to represent Nevada and showcase our innovative work to bridge service gaps and support families. 💙
