One month ago, a movement ignited in Newport Beach. 💚✨ 321 of the most powerful Black women in business came together—not just to celebrate, but to shift the culture, shatter ceilings, and welcome the next wave of legacy builders into The BOW Collective. From 6,000 applicants, only 71 were chosen for the Class of 2025. Together, this sisterhood now spans 28 states, 3 countries, and generates over $1.7 billion in revenue—and we’re just getting started. 🙌🏾 This was more than a conference. This was strategy. This was power. This was history. Led by the unstoppable Nic Cober, Esquire and powered by vision, faith, and fierce collaboration, we’re rewriting the rules and building generational wealth on our own terms. This is what breaking barriers looks like. This is BOW. 💚 📸 @jeffsuggsphotography #TheBOWCollective #BreakingBarriers #BlackWomeninBusiness #Top1Percent #SeeTheGreen #WeAreBOW #WomenInBusiness

Now, as the CEO and co-owner of BLK/OPL, she continues her mission of representation by championing beauty for women of color worldwide. From shaping history in Washington to transforming the beauty industry, Desirée Rogers is paving the way for the next generation of Black women and #WomensHistory. ✨ #WomensHistoryMonth #DesireeRogers #BlackOpalBeauty #WHM

Our Founder, Nic Cober, Esquire, envisioned an organization where successful enterprises strengthen the base of communities. She believed that by directing time, talent, and resources towards supporting business growth, we could create lasting change. Thus, The BOW Collective was born—a gathering of visionary women, 'Business Philanthropists' , dedicated to bring awareness, business opportunities, and capital resources to entrepreneurs. Our mission is to forge a powerful sisterhood and social capital, amplifying awareness of our businesses in a unified and strategic manner. Through this platform, we aim to attract media attention, engage with the public and private sectors, and secure partnerships with lending institutions, ultimately driving growth for diverse women entrepreneurs. Join us in celebrating this #WomensHistoryMonth, and every month, as we uplift, inspire, and support women on their entrepreneurial journey. ⭐ #WomenEntrepreneurs #WomenEmpowerment #WomenInBusiness #TheBOWCollective#WomenEntrepreneurs #WomenInBusiness #TheBOWCollective #FemaleEntrepreneur #WHM
