The Teamworks Operations Summit took place last week, but we're already planning a bigger, even better summit next year. Thank you again to all the attendees and speakers. And thank you Gautier Pozo for this post, it really captures the sentiment of the feedback we have had so far 👏
La semaine dernière, j'ai eu la chance de participer au Sommet Opérations 2025 pour Teamworks à Londres. Un séminaire réunissant plus de 80 spécialistes de la gestion opérationnelle et Team Management d'un groupe sportif professionnel. Nous avons pu échanger, discuter et challenger nos points de vues. Seul représentant français parmi les 80 spécialistes provenant de 13 pays et 12 disciplines, j'en ressors inspiré par les présentations, les échanges et les moments partagés. Dès le premier jour, ce fut une grande expérience de pouvoir visiter les centres d'entrainement de l'Académie de Crystal Palace (Merci à Dan Broughton ) et de pré formation d'Arsenal, de pouvoir discuter des grands principes de méthodologies, de structures et d'infrastructures. Le deuxième jour, place au séminaire (au Gtech stadium de Brentford Football Club ) à proprement parler avec des échanges sur nos métiers. J'ai même eu l'opportunité de faire partie d'un panel invité sur scène pour évoquer les différences que j'ai pu rencontrer dans mon parcours à travers différents univers sportifs (Tennis, Cyclisme, Basket, Rugby et maintenant football). Merci Conor Branson , Noah Tiefel et Simon Blotko , l'avantage d'être prévenu la veille au soir, c'est qu'on n'a pas le temps de gamberger 😅! Merci surtout pour l'organisation de ce séminaire, inspirant, avec le gratin mondial de ce qui se fait dans la gestion des opérations sportives. Vivement le prochain!
