Last week, our field leadership gathered in Savannah, GA for an engaging and insightful 2025 Spring Field Leadership Meeting. This three-day event focused on how our Regional Managers will bring our strategic objectives to life through actionable insights and concluded with a celebratory awards ceremony that honored their outstanding achievements in 2024. Led by Tammy Reaves, Vice President of Field Operations, this event featured a dynamic agenda with presentations from key leaders across the organization, including Gunjan Kumar, President of Retail Licensed Brands. The team also had the chance to meet our new General Manager, Valerio Parisi. During Women's History Month, we connected with our Zone Vice President, Mehrsa Willoughby. She shares her story and career journey as a female leader. Our Zone Vice President, Eric Hamilton, brought his Regional Managers to our New York City offices for two days of meetings and team building to prepare his team for the upcoming year ahead with the Lens to Win.
