We are excited to announce that Jessica Teachout has joined our corporate office in Houston, TX as the Digital Marketing Manager. Jessica has been an employee with Tarantino Properties since April of 2023, where she joined the company as a Leasing Consultant at Ascension on the Bayou. She was later promoted to Assistant Property Manager. In her new role, Jessica will develop and execute digital marketing strategies for new multifamily assets throughout the U.S. Her key responsibilities will include: Search Engine Optimization & Marketing, and Social Media Management for our multifamily communities. In addition, Jessica is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. “At 25, I earned my real estate broker’s license, and by 28, I had successfully brokered a major project—an apartment-to-condo conversion at Braeswood Park in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. What makes this accomplishment even more meaningful is that the client discovered me through an organic Google search, an achievement I’m incredibly proud of, especially since I handled the SEO myself to make it happen!” Outside of her real estate career, horses have always been a passion. Jessica spent several years competing in hunter/jumper events with her horse, Hollywood.
