There's a massive misconception that Talent Beyond Boundaries is a refugee job-matching agency. Job matching is only a tiny fraction of what we do. We're really out to change the system that prevents refugees and forcibly displaced people from accessing labour migration pathways. Watch our CEO, Steph Cousins, explain how.

I rifugiati sono stati selezionati e saranno assunti dalle seguenti aziende: Accenture, Aubay Italia, Btinkeeng - Digital Advisory, Dedagroup (DEDA), OverIT - Field Service Management, Reale ITES, Valuetech Group.

St. Joseph's Care Group recently celebrated the employees who have joined us via our partnership with Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB), an organization that connects skilled refugees with international job opportunities. ✈️ Staff and leadership had the opportunity to come together, show our appreciation, and celebrate the contributions the group has made to SJCG. It was a chance to express our gratitude and recognize the diverse perspectives and skills they bring to our workplace. ✨ It was especially meaningful as we're approaching the one-year anniversary of welcoming our first TBB new hire! Since May 2024, 13 highly skilled healthcare professionals have joined our team, with more expected to arrive throughout 2025. 📆 Thank you to all the staff members who've joined us over the past year. We can't wait to see what the future holds! 💜 #SJCGCares #TalentBeyondBoundaries #JobOpportunities #HealthcareProfessionals

I rifugiati sono stati selezionati e saranno assunti dalle seguenti aziende: Accenture, Aubay, Btinkeeng - Digital Advisory, Dedagroup (DEDA), OverIT - Field Service Management, Reale ITES, ValueTech. Opening of Phase One of the Coalition for Green Skills Pathway: A groundbreaking initiative to solve skills shortages The Coalition for Green Skills Pathways was launched to address the green skills transition by supporting displaced people to move internationally through lawful pathways and solve critical skills shortages. A key new milestone has been reached as the Coalition launches its first phase of activity: the most extensive design effort to date on the feasibility of expanding labour mobility for the skills of the future. In collaboration with BCG, Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is leading the development of a business case to leverage existing talent and design upskilling programs at a sustainable scale. Over the next eight months, TBB and BCG will elaborate the business and investment case to train and link skilled workers in industries facing severe shortages, especially in the green economy. TBB and its partners have proven that providing safe and legal labour pathways for displaced people works for both employers and refugees. Now, the focus is on unlocking this solution at scale and creating systemic change until these pathways become a permanent way of operating. The Coalition’s approach will be demand-driven and employer-led, anchored in real hiring needs, with an integrated talent pipeline, designed for positive economic impact. The Coalition is building a sustainable and replicable model. This initiative is more than just mobility, it’s about building a global workforce that meets critical labor demands while opening new pathways for displaced talent. Phase 1 is just the beginning. Read more about the Coalition here: https://lnkd.in/eKR4_Kt3 ─────── A special thank you to our funders: Robert Bosch Stiftung, The Human Safety Net, SHAPIRO FOUNDATION (THE), Talent Mobility Fund, and Fragomen.
