Founder and executive director of Switchpoint, a non-profit organization based in St. George, Utah, Carol has created a successful model to address homelessness. Switchpoint provides emergency shelter, case management, job training, affordable housing, and essential services to empower individuals towards self-sufficiency. Carol has earned multiple awards, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Social Impact.
