This 90,000 sq ft, three-story facility will empower future designers, artists, and media professionals with cutting-edge classrooms, computer labs, social lounges, and gallery space. It's a true hub for creativity and collaboration that will strengthen the local creative economy. We're proud to be part of a project that enhances education and fosters community growth.

We’re thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of Dignity Village in Modesto! An impactful 42-room community developed by DignityMoves in partnership with the County of Stanislaus and the City of Modesto. This interim housing development supports unhoused individuals facing behavioral health challenges. Swinerton is leading the way in adaptive reuse with its new regional office in Charlotte, NC. This innovative project transformed an existing building to meet the needs of our growing team while embracing sustainability and minimizing environmental impact. The project presented unique challenges, but the opportunities far outweighed them. Repurposing an older structure allowed Swinerton to create a modern, functional space for employees while contributing to a greener future. Today I’m reflecting on an impactful couple of days spent at the International Mass Timber Conference in Portland. It is so exciting for Swinerton to be part of a community that is advancing the mass timber industry, at an event where we collaborate with other industry leaders to shape more sustainable built environments. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Swinerton’s Corporate Events Manager Erin Anderson for her third year as co-lead of the Swinerton-sponsored Women in Timber event at IMTC. Erin and her planning partners have grown this event from 100 people back in 2023 to 500+ attendees this year. Women in Timber provides a safe and inclusive space for attendees in all stages of their careers to have an opportunity to network, spark meaningful conversations, learn from one another, and build a more sustainable future together. I encourage all Swinerton employees and our partners to continue supporting inclusive networking and learning spaces for every member of our building community to feel supported, safe, and encouraged to always do their best possible work.
