Parkside at Mueller brings modern, community-focused living to the heart of one of Austin’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Designed by STG Design in partnership with Pearlstone Partners, this mixed-use building marks the main entrance to Mueller and offers direct pedestrian access to Mueller Lake Park — making it a perfect blend of urban energy and natural beauty. Parkside’s location and design were thoughtfully planned to seamlessly integrate with the walkable, community-first vibe of Mueller. The building includes 200 condos, 30 of which are dedicated to affordable housing, along with ground-floor retail, making it a dynamic space for both residents and local businesses. Amenities were designed with everyday living in mind, featuring a resort-style pool, rooftop lounge with downtown views, fitness studio, clubhouse, EV parking, and even a dog washing station. Sustainability was also a key focus; the development earned a 3-Star Austin Energy Green Building rating and is currently pursuing LEED Silver certification.
