Victoria Peak Partners provides fundraising services for alternative investment managers, private wealth channels, and companies across various investment vehicles—including funds, SPVs, co-investments, direct investments, and secondaries. They also offer outsourced alternative CIO services to global family offices. With over 40 years of combined experience, Mr. Rucinski and Mr. Phillips bring deep relationships across pension funds, foundations, endowments, insurance firms, family offices, and investment managers, developed during their time at top global financial institutions. Their fundraising expertise spans private equity, venture capital, real estate, direct investments, and private credit. Before co-founding Victoria Peak, Mr. Rucinski held leadership roles at private equity firms, building GP/LP relationships and expanding strategic initiatives. Mr. Rucinski spent 8 years at Citi Private Bank, where he helped develop the bank’s global alternatives platform. At Citi, he served as Co-Head of Real Estate America and later as Asia Pacific Head of Real Estate, PE, and VC. He was also on the Global Alternatives Investment and Oversight Committee, onboarding 80+ alternative products. Previously, Mr. Rucinski held roles at Credit Suisse in Investment Banking and Real Estate Finance, at Merrill Lynch as a PE/Alternatives VP, and began his career as a consultant at Accenture. He’s executed $45B+ in private equity, venture capital, and real estate transactions. Mr. Rucinski holds a BA in Economics and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Cornell University. Mr. Rucinski holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations and has contributed to organizations such as Big Brother NYC and ULI Asia Pacific. Before Victoria Peak, Mr. Phillips was a Managing Director at Citi and Asia Head of Private Equity Client Coverage. He developed relationships with GPs across Asia and integrated Citi’s platform—including investment banking, private banking, and fund distribution—into the private equity asset class. Mr. Phillips spent 12 years at Silicon Valley Bank in senior roles, including Managing Director of Global Private Equity Services, managing relationships with over 130 venture capital firms across Asia, Europe, Israel, and South America. Mr. Phillips is an advisor to the China Venture Capital Finance Organization and Hong Kong Private Equity Finance Association (HKPEFA). He serves on the board of the Children's Medical Foundation and is active with the Hong Kong Select USA Committee. Mr. Phillips holds both a bachelor’s and MBA from Pepperdine University and has served as a mentor with BUILD.   • STONEHAVEN, LLC is excited to announce that Easley Edmunds with AmeriBridge Capital has joined our Affiliate Platform! Mr. Easley Edmunds is the Founding Partner of AmeriBridge Capital. AmeriBridge Capital partners with LPs and GPs to extend their presence across the Americas. Our goal is to try and be the bridge to tap into lower/middle market investment opportunities and capital using a cross-continental approach. We support emerging and diverse fund managers with their marketing and commercial activities across different portfolio strategies – venture capital, private equity, private credit, and real assets in an attempt to better position them to meet their fundraising objectives. Additionally, we want to serve as a bridge for US GPs to connect with LPs and investment opportunities in Latin America, enabling them to diversify their geographical footprint and investor base. Mr. Edmunds, a native of Richmond, Virginia, has spent nearly two decades living on the ground in Latin America. Based in Santiago, Chile, he pioneered the region for a publicly traded NY Fintech company, scaling their business from ground zero to ~10% of global revenue and positioning them as a market leader in LATAM. During this chapter of his career, Mr. Edmunds worked closely with the global alternative asset and advisor community to provide fundraising, reporting, and corporate development solutions using cutting-edge technology. Throughout this journey, he has amassed an expansive network across North and South America and a deep understanding of the dealmaking ecosystem. After spending more than a decade facilitating the region’s most emblematic strategic transactions through innovative technology, he continued to gain experience in different contexts. Keck & Co. provides oil & gas, real estate, and consumer discretionary companies strategic access to a global network of over 100 investor relationships, including institutional investors, hedge funds, long-only funds, endowments, pensions, and family offices. We specialize in structuring presentations and creating tailored pitches to effectively position companies to secure capital. Ms. Keck focuses on providing various consulting services to Oil and Gas projects specifically in LNG; as well as some Real Estate and Consumer Discretionary Projects. She is knowledgeable about contracts with international counterparties. She understands a successful LNG business model; and knows the details of the business: the contracts, the customers, and the investors.
