StepUp Wilmington is thrilled to welcome Megan Weber-Youssefi as our new Chief Development Officer! With over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and donor cultivation, Megan has helped raise millions through grants, major gifts, and corporate sponsorships. She played a key role in building The Healing Place of New Hanover County’s community engagement and branding efforts and has deep roots in Wilmington, where she has lived for over 15 years. Megan is a Wilmington Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 honoree, a champion for community impact, and well-connected across business, nonprofit, and civic sectors. Outside of work, you can find her spending time at the beach with her family, trying new restaurants, and exploring Wilmington’s neighborhoods and markets. We look forward to seeing all that Megan will accomplish in this new role.
