Huge props to our Lead Culinary Specialist, Rachel Goodridge, for preparing two delicious new dishes for our students after they return from spring break! She made a smoothie bowl with fresh berries, chia seed pudding, granola, bacon, toast, and apple juice 🍓🥣🍞🍊 She also crafted a flavorful menu featuring Tandoori Chicken, mint Greek yogurt sauce, rice, cucumber and tomato salad, and fruit. 🍗🥒🍅🍇 Our SR1 staff had the chance to test out the new palettes and give them a first-hand review—and we absolutely LOVED it!
