Jessica’s journey with SPB began in 2011 with Old Chicago Restaurants, where she began as a restaurant manager  to her current role as the Manager of Retail Systems and Restaurant Applications. From new restaurant openings to menu updates and system conversions, she ensures our technology supports seamless operations. But for Jessica, it’s not just about the systems—it’s about the people and culture that make SPB special. She’s passionate about teamwork and making sure everyone feels valued.
