Congrats to SomeraRoad's #500W in Louisville and the Cushman & Wakefield team for winning the 2025 CoStar Impact Award for "Lease of the Year" for signing one of the largest office leases in the market since the pandemic. 500W signed a trophy 56,000 SF lease with the Louisville Metro Housing Authority (LMHA) across the sixth, seventh, and eighth floors of the 29-story downtown office tower. Vincue signed a 10-year lease for lightwell’s 29th and 30th floors in 2023 and just moved in following a 18-month buildout.
