It's a deep honor to welcome Justin Lewis to SoDA's Board of Directors. Many of you know Justin as one of the founder's at Instrument (along with Vince and JD) in 2006... an agency that to this day delivers some of the most beautiful, enviable work in the industry. He also led and championed a culture and operating approach that pushed Instrument to a level of scale, financial success and regard that is among the most elite of our generation. Following an acquisition by Stagwell Group in 2022 he went on serve as Chairman of the Constellation Network until he stepped down in 2024. You can see his imprint in the brilliant leadership teams and talented agencies he's mentored and led. Justin is an ex-Marine who grew up in my current home state, Michigan. He leads with discipline, courage, honesty, optimism, hustle and love. To have him in your corner, if even just for a minute, can make all the difference in the world. Some of you will know exactly what I mean. Founding and running a company is an act of courage, a leap of faith... equal parts defiance and optimism. It's impossibly hard. It helps immeasurably to have great people in your corner. In the SoDA community, we're fortunate to have founders and leaders who give so generously to the support and success of others.
