Just spent my morning exploring the AHA's new state-by-state patient safety database. Talk about a rabbit hole worth falling into! What struck me wasn't just the impressive metrics (though seeing some hospitals cut HAIs by double digits is nothing to sneeze at... healthcare pun fully intended). It was the underlying operational thread connecting the most successful initiatives. The hospitals showing the most dramatic improvements aren't just implementing new safety protocols - they're fundamentally rewiring how information flows through their organizations. One pattern keeps jumping out: the highest-performing systems have figured out how to make critical data accessible to the right people at precisely the right time. They've moved from reactive reporting to proactive intelligence. This reinforces something I've been thinking about lately: whether we're talking about preventing infections or connecting patients to providers, success increasingly depends on getting relevant information to decision-makers when it actually matters - not weeks later in an outdated report. The best part of this AHA resource? Being able to see how different approaches work in different contexts. What works for a rural hospital in Idaho might look completely different from what works for an urban medical center in Pennsylvania. Anyone else been exploring this resource? I'd love to hear which case studies you found most applicable to your own operational challenges. #PatientSafety #HealthcareOperations #DataDrivenDecisions

SocialClimb is a transformative healthcare marketing platform, empowering providers to attract patients with marketing
About us
SocialClimb's Healthcare Marketing Platform revolutionizes patient acquisition and engagement in the healthcare industry. By leveraging predictive patient targeting, a feature often reserved for pricier healthcare CRMs, it empowers providers to zero in on high-value patients with surgical precision. What truly sets SocialClimb apart is its innovative approach to surveys. Instead of merely collecting data for internal evaluation, the platform transforms these insights into powerful marketing tools. By openly sharing positive outcomes and genuine patient experiences, practices can build unparalleled trust with potential patients. This transparent showcasing of real patient feedback bridges the often-intimidating gap between medical practitioners and those they serve, positioning the practice as both reliable and relatable. The platform's versatility is evident in its extensive survey functionalities, encompassing PRO (Patient-Reported Outcomes), CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), general patient satisfaction, and NPS (Net Promoter Score). With SocialClimb's robust reporting tools, healthcare entities providers gain a crystal-clear view of their patient acquisition sources. Every patient's journey is mapped, allowing practices to fine-tune their strategies for optimal results. No healthcare marketing platform would be complete without addressing online visibility. SocialClimb excels in this realm, offering integrated SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) solutions. By ensuring providers rank prominently in search results, it amplifies their online presence and accessibility. Complementing these tools is a comprehensive reputation management system, which automates and refines the process of gathering, analyzing, and responding to patient reviews. This fosters a positive online image, further establishing trust and credibility in the digital age.

Inspired by a personal health crisis, Ty's journey from patient to founder reveals how SocialClimb was born to solve healthcare's visibility problem. Check out his Predictable Revenue Podcast interview to hear how we're now leveraging this foundation as part of RLDatix to not only connect patients with providers but also prevent patient harm.
My journey with SocialClimb began with a moment of personal crisis that revealed a broken system. After a spinal injury left me temporarily paralyzed, I experienced firsthand how difficult it is for patients to find the right healthcare providers when they need them most. This wasn't just an inconvenience—it was a dangerous information gap. On the Predictable Revenue Podcast recently, I shared how this personal challenge evolved into the company we've built today. A few reflections I hope might resonate with fellow founders and healthcare leaders: 1. The most meaningful innovation often comes from lived experience. SocialClimb wasn't born from a market analysis but from navigating a broken patient journey when the stakes couldn't have been higher. 2. Market validation isn't about asking, "Do you like this idea?" It's about identifying inefficiencies people already hate. When I discovered orthopedic groups were unknowingly competing against themselves in digital marketing—literally bidding against their own colleagues—I knew we'd found our wedge. 3. The balance between growth and product discipline matters. While one path pushed us toward rapid scaling, we chose to focus on building a superior platform first. When acquisition talks eventually came, buyers noted our technology was "10 times better" than alternatives—validation of that difficult choice. Today, as part of RLDatix, we're taking these insights further. What began as a solution for provider visibility is evolving toward something even more meaningful: using data patterns to identify and prevent patient harm. I'm grateful to Collin Stewart and the Predictable Revenue™ Inc. team for the opportunity to share this story. For those interested in hearing the full conversation about building from personal pain to product-market fit, I've linked the episode here: https://lnkd.in/gbX7tB7Q What's your experience?
