We are grateful to Saprea for hosting us for an incredible Inspirational Craft & Mentorship Roundtable! 💜 As part of our Silicon Slopes Women in Leadership Mentorship Program, this event served as a meaningful midpoint check-in. We created keychains with motivational messages for the women attending Saprea’s retreats—small tokens of encouragement for their healing journey. Saprea also shared the powerful work they do in supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse, reminding us of the importance of community, resilience, and hope. I hesitate to post about this again. It’s last-minute. I should have been promoting this weeks ago. And I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling a little embarrassed. But this workshop isn’t about perfection. It’s about confidence. And if there’s one thing I know, it’s that confidence doesn’t come from getting everything right. It comes from showing up anyway. So, here I am. Showing up. This Thursday in Utah, I’m hosting the first in a free workshop series designed to help women build confidence—one step at a time. Come to one, come to all. Just come. They will learn to build confidence in all areas of their life. For the longest time, I’ve been searching for a mentor. So when Silicon Slopes Women in Leadership opened applications for their mentorship program, I knew I had to apply. Truth is, I had applied before, but looking back, I now see why it makes sense that I was matched this time with the incredible Ari Mason. And let me tell you—I couldn’t be luckier. Ari is not only a powerhouse in marketing but also an incredibly generous and talented person. Yesterday, we had an amazing conversation covering email marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, quantifying campaign success, and how to frame marketing strategies with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes. But beyond the marketing talk, we ended our meeting reflecting on life, and something she said really stuck with me: “It’s okay not to understand everything as it happens. Most of the time, when you look back, the dots connect, and everything makes sense.” That hit home. Sometimes, we question if we belong in certain spaces, if we’re ready, if we’re making the right moves. But the truth is—you belong. No matter where you are in your career, every step is leading you to something greater.
