  • On March 20, 1105 West Peachtree along with The Office Bar, Emilio’s, and McCray’s Tavern hosted the inaugural First Round Ball Crawl, celebrating the start of March Madness. Midtown employees and residents enjoyed tasty bites and drinks at each stop, along with fun giveaways and plenty of college basketball action – both on-screen and in friendly competition. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this fantastic event!

  • On March 15, over 75 volunteers, including more than 20 Selig employees, came together to beautify Ansley Mall, Atlanta Beltline, Monroe Drive, Montgomery Ferry, and Piedmont Avenue. This cleanup event, organized by the Piedmont-Heights Neighborhood (PiHi), is part of the 2025 PiHi Days, which highlights the community's SHOP SMALL, BUY LOCAL initiative. Thank you to everyone who volunteered! Many years ago, Scott Selig's son chose a to clean up the area around Ansley Mall for his Mitzvah project, and the Selig tradition of participation continues today.

  • On this day in 1975, 50 years ago, Slick Selig (Steve Selig's father) and Demos Galaktiadis mapped out a deal on a restaurant napkin, marking the start of something truly special.   For generations, The White House Restaurant has been a cherished gathering spot in Atlanta—where business deals are made over omelets, friends reconnect over biscuits and gravy, and families celebrate birthdays with warm hospitality. Here’s to many more anniversaries celebrating our partnership and Demos' lasting legacy!

  • For Five Coffee's first southern flagship is now open at 1105 West Peachtree! Connecting to the main 1105 lobby and The Office Bar, the New York-based café spans 3,100 square feet, making this its largest location yet. For Five Coffee was founded by Stefanos Vouvoudakis and Tom Tsiplakos, who launched the brand in New York City in 2010 with an initial focus on specialty coffee roasting and wholesale. In 2016, the duo opened the first retail location in Midtown, Manhattan and have since expanded across New York and to Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago and Boston. In addition to coffee, For Five’s 1105 West Peachtree location offers artisanal pastries, the brand’s famous stuffed cookies and a seasonally changing breakfast and lunch menu curated by their executive chef.

  • The Colonnade Restaurant, a long-time Selig tenant, has been featured recently in two major publications. Atlanta Magazine’s “Reasons We Love Atlanta” Feb. issue featured the almost 100-year history of the restaurant. The New York Times "Where to Eat" highlights The 25 Best Restaurants in Atlanta Right Now. The Colonnade has been an Atlanta cornerstone of Southern hospitality, serving delicious comfort food with a warm welcome. It’s an great to see their well-deserved recognition as a true Atlanta treasure.

  • It all started on the back of a napkin 50 years ago on March 15, 1975, when Demos Galaktiadis sat down with Slick Selig with plans for the current location of The White House Restaurant. A dear friend and beloved tenant of Selig for 50 years, Demos’ warmth and dedication left a lasting impact. We are deeply saddened by his passing. His legacy will live on through the memories he created and the lives he touched through his hospitality. Our hearts and prayers are with his family and staff during this difficult time.
