11 years of growth in Portland! After months of demanding deadlines, the Portland staff took an afternoon to recognize their accomplishments and hard work. And they kept it weird. Pies were thrown at the Portland Office lead, Geoff Jenks, PE , marionberry cake was consumed, and a lot of karaoke was sung in a high-spirited celebration of teamwork and camaraderie. #wearesäzän   #oregonteam

Our recent collaboration with Rowell Brokaw Architects has earned an Earth Advantage Multifamily Gold Level Certification! Flock13 is a student housing development near the University of Oregon’s campus. The Earth Advantage Program offers are improved indoor air quality and lower water usage among other benefits.
