Congratulations to Russ Carlson, celebrating 15 years with Saunders! Russ has been an instrumental team member on some of Saunders’ most notable projects, including many historic remodels at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colo. He brings leadership and positivity to every project team he is part of. We’re proud to have Russ on our team, truly exemplifying what it means to Build What Matters! When asked what advice he would give to someone just starting in the construction industry, Russ said, “Use every day as a learning experience. The only way you will really learn is by watching projects in all stages of construction. If you make a mistake, use it to propel your abilities in the future.”

The weather cooperated in Steamboat Springs for the topping out ceremony at The Amble, a new state-of-the-art, all electric, luxury residential community directly across the street from the Steamboat Ski Resort. This milestone marks a major step toward bringing this extraordinary project to life. We’re gearing up for a major transformation at the Mineral Town Center site! The nearly 1,000,000-square-foot building on this 63-acre site is coming down to make way for an exciting redevelopment. With 46 acres under Saunders' care, we’re committed to creating a sustainable and vibrant new space.
