The American Subcontractors Association of Colorado Annual Awards Gala was an unforgettable night! For the seventh year, we’ve been named General Contractor of the Year in our size category—an achievement that means the world to us. This award is a testament to the incredible relationships we’ve built with our trade partners over the past 38 years, and we’re beyond grateful for their trust and collaboration.   We were also thrilled to celebrate Diego Rodriguez Moran, and Tim Cornella, who were nominated for Project Manager of the Year. Arianne Myers and Derek Lucero, were recognized as a finalists for Project Manager of the Year and Superintendent of the Year. We’re gearing up to break ground on the Quincy Pump Station expansion in early April. This project will double the size of the existing two-level station and bring essential upgrades to improve water distribution and system performance.   The planned improvements include excavation, a brick building façade, and structural improvements. Inside, the addition will house five high-capacity pumps, upgraded HVAC systems, and advanced electrical and instrumentation work to enhance efficiency.   We’re proud to partner with the City of Aurora and Black & Veatch on this exciting project and can’t wait to see the improvements take shape for the community. Spring is here, and so is the brand-new gym expansion at Global Village Academy North (GVA North)! Just in time for longer days and extra energy, this expanded space gives students even more room to play, learn, and stay active. From fun-filled PE classes to school-wide performances, this gym is designed to inspire movement, teamwork, and school spirit!
