Dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence in Clark County.
About us
Serving Clark County since 1977, SafeNest is Nevada’s largest and most comprehensive charity devoted solely to domestic violence issues. SafeNest’s programs are concentrated in four areas of service: advocacy, counseling, prevention and shelter. Our shelter homes are maintained in undisclosed locations for the safety of abuse victims and their children, and all services are provided with confidentiality as a high priority. Our goal is to assist families from crisis to healing, while empowering victims toward self-sufficiency in violence-free lives. Safe Nest provides services for victims toward self-sufficiency in violence-free lives. To break the pattern of domestic violence, SafeNest provides services for victims, batters and their children. Prevention programs focus on children, teens, and young adults.

Closing out Women’s History Month with a spotlight on Allison, SafeNest’s incredible Executive Assistant to the CEO! Not only is Allison an invaluable member of our team, but she also has a deep passion for travel. Her adventures have taken her to Sri Lanka (three times!), Alaska, Costa Rica, and New Zealand. During her visits to Sri Lanka, she’s had unforgettable experiences—including donating school supplies to a local school and visiting an elephant orphanage, as seen in this photo! We’re so grateful to have Allison on our team, and we’ll continue to celebrate the achievements of women this month and every month!
