RDCollab Principals Robert Tuñón, Ken Doyno, and Mike Gwin enjoyed a wonderful evening with their partners at the opening of the Tropical Forest Panama exhibit at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens on March 7, showcasing Panama’s rich culture and ecological landscape. For Robert, serving as an honorary event co-chair was particularly meaningful. It offered him a chance to celebrate his Panamanian heritage in Pittsburgh and connect with José Miguel Alemán Healy, the Ambassador of the Republic of Panama. Another highlight of the event was the announcement by Phipps President Richard Piacentini that Phipps had been recognized as Newsweek’s Best Botanical Garden in the U.S. This special moment was shared with event co-chairs, Pittsburgh Pirates legend, Manny Sanguillén, and Pittsburgh Pirates owner, Bob Nutting. RDCollab is a proud supporter Phipps Conservatory and events like this one that highlight our planet’s biodiversity.

The Cove is the food service building located at the center of the JCC’s J&R Summer Camp in Monroeville. Originally a modest, flat-topped space from the 1960s, the new Cove has been transformed into a spacious Dining Hall/Multipurpose Building with outdoor porches, accommodating up to 250 campers. This versatile space can also be used for various activities during hot or inclement weather. Inside, it features an adaptable layout designed to create a low-stimulus environment suitable for neurodiverse campers. We extend our gratitude to the JCC for our 35-year partnership in transforming their facilities! And thanks to A. Martini & Co. for being great construction partners!

It was wonderful to see Washington City Mission's new women's shelter, Sally's Sanctuary, get its "jacket" on just before the frigid weather set in. The progress on this incredible space is filling us with warmth, even on a chilly winter day like today. We are honored to be part of a project that will offer women safety, support, and empowerment. Stay tuned as Sally's Sanctuary continues to take shape! ...
