From humble beginnings to driving social impact. Gonzalo Adriazola’s journey is one of grit, perseverance, and purpose. Born and raised in Peru, Gonzalo moved to the U.S. at 19, working long hours while putting himself through college. He vividly remembers his first Saturday in the U.S. — slicing chicken at 1 AM for a festival — thinking, "This will be worth it someday." And it was.
