For 40 years, Russ Nichols, Principal at RMW, has been an inspirational leader whose impact resonates throughout the firm and beyond. Having served as President for over a decade and Principal managing the San Jose office for more than 25 years, Russ has guided RMW to new heights, leading the firm through countless iconic projects, encouraging a bold, fearless approach to design that drives innovation. His leadership has fostered a culture of trust, honesty, dedication, and respect, while strengthening RMW’s “one-firm” approach. A passionate mentor, Russ has always made time to share his knowledge, inspiring excellence in everyone around him. Deeply respected both within the firm and in the community, he continues to shape RMW’s legacy and future through his authenticity and leadership. Thank you, Russ, for 40 years of dedication, leadership, and inspiration.

Malori Mendoza is a dynamic project administrator who approaches every task with feisty energy and enthusiasm, all while creating a fun, lighthearted atmosphere at work. Her knowledge, paired with her genuine connection with the team, makes her an invaluable team member. Outside of the office, Malori enjoys snowboarding, rooting for the Golden State Warriors, and spending quality time with her kitty, Teddrick.

We cherish the people who make our success possible, each unique, diverse, and contributing in their own special way. We honor Anthony, a Bowling League Captain, for his dedication and ongoing contributions to RMW. Here’s to many more milestones together!
