Sisters Angela Brock and Charnita Brock Walker have been with the franchise for half of those 40 years, successfully owning and operating three locations in and around Washington, DC. His favorite treat is a Gelati with Root Beer Ice & Vanilla Custard!

Yesterday, some of our Rita’s team had the privilege of participating in the Eagles 9/11 Meal Pack Event in partnership with 9/11 Day & AmeriCorps. Our volunteers beautifully demonstrated 2 key Rita’s fundamentals: #30 Be a Brand Ambassador and #31 Treat Each Other Like Family. With the help of dedicated Philadelphia volunteers, 700,000 meals were packed yesterday! We are proud to contribute to this amazing cause and join in spreading kindness in memoriam of those we lost.

We are thrilled to celebrate the 1st work anniversary of John R. Martin, Business Analyst. John first joined the Rita's Franchise Company as an intern in the summer of 2021 and rejoined in August 2023. He has been an excellent example of our 34 Rita's Fundamentals, especially #15 Be Positive and #21 Think Team First. His favorite treat is Mint Chocolate Chip Cream Ice!
