As part of a 1031 exchange, we are looking to acquire an off-market, value-add or opportunistic middle-market multifamily complex in Chicago or a high-potential value-add apartment complex in DuPage County. Our target investment is approximately $3,000,000, including acquisition and construction. We’re aiming to be sub $50K per unit in Chicago and sub $100K per unit in DuPage.
