The #Fit2BeCancerFree challenge has officially kicked off! Our team in Cottage Grove has already hit the ground running as they racked up steps around the property to start strong. Our mission? To collectively track 60,000 miles by April 24. For every 5 miles logged, Renewal by Andersen will donate $1 to the American Cancer Society, with the goal of raising $10,000. Join us in taking strides—both physical and figurative—in the fight against cancer. Together, we can reach our goal and make a meaningful impact, one mile at a time. 💚💚

Last week, over 750 Renewal by Andersen teammates came together in San Antonio, Texas, for the 2025 Renewal by Andersen Retailer Summit. We celebrated major milestones, including our 30th anniversary, and looked ahead to the future under the inspiring theme "Xccelerating Our Full Potential." One of the most heartfelt moments was celebrating Jeanne Junker and her extraordinary 25+ years of transformational leadership as she prepares for her retirement. In December, the Renewal by Andersen of Chicago team made a meaningful impact by donating and installing 41 windows at a Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois residence. This incredible organization provides a safe home, college prep education, and resources to help students living below the poverty line succeed. With a 100% high school graduation rate and 75% college graduation rate among their scholars, their impact is truly inspiring!
